Community Satisfaction Scorecard

Building on our current work on Gladstone’s Community Satisfaction Survey, this section will allow staff to review the results and benchmarking as below.

Employee Engagement Survey

Modeled on the above Community Satisfaction Scorecard, this section will provide a breakdown of the results of an Employee Engagement Survey. Working closely with GRC staff, this Survey will also be developed as part of this project.
Assignments

This section will provide opportunities to nominate staff members for carriage of actions arising from the two abovementioned surveys. Simply select the action, enter the staff member’s name, email, and specify a timeframe, and the platform will take care of the rest. Those nominated will have the opportunity to provide updates.
Recognition

This section will provide all staff members with the opportunity to nominate all over staff members for awards and recognition. Subject to review by the Executive Management Team or similar, the awards will automatically be issued by email.
Wellness

Stressed about all of the abovementioned deliverables? This section will provide mindfulness videos by Alexis Zahner to promote wellness and engagement.

Proposed Program and Methodology

We believe that we can achieve the development of this platform just six weeks from signing:

  • Week One: Inception meeting by videoconference and finalisation of Project Plan
  • Week Two: Detailed specification for platform
  • Week Five: Draft platform for staff review
  • Week Six: Finalisation of platform.
